I enjoyed this movie so much! It's a fun movie that will make you laugh, feel like crying and absorb the adventure. The characters are great, they're interesting, they're funny, they will make you laugh. Trust me, at a point this movie will hit you where you live. There are parts where you'll be like whoa and gosh and yay! Honestly you will love this movie. You'll want to watch it again and again. When a good scene is on, the smallest thing can make it a great scene. When you watch the beginning of the movie you'll think this is turning out to be a good time, but wait, at the end you'll think this turned out to be a great time no questions asked. When I really like a movie I call it holy so this movie is definitely HOLY!

People will have interesting reactions to this film. All of Matthew Vaughn's movies have been good, and he was able to push it further with this one. I would call it an action comedy, but there is more of an emphasis on the action than the genre usually has.

There are cool POV shots, and it gets you right into the thick of it. It mixes it up with some short moments where it doesn't cut so quickly, as well as a few long takes that are particular nice. The violence and comedy has a guttural component, which a person like me really enjoys, but it will throw some off.

The film is a throwback to old spy flicks, while at the same time being a sort of parody. It is humorous throughout. Samuel L. Jackson plays an odd megalomaniac who makes you laugh more than shiver, which goes with the tone of the movie. It is nice to see Samuel L. in the role of a bad guy. I have no doubt that many will enjoy the henchwoman, who has a different element to her. Colin Firth fits in with the particularly suave spying; and, the newcomer playing the protagonist, Taron Egerton, handles both the action and comedy well. Mark Strong is always a good actor for movies with dark humor. It is fun, however those who are sensitive may have trouble enjoying it. It is not a film for everyone, but that makes it better for others. I personally think it is Vaughn's best work.

For those who have been waiting for a new Clueless or Mean Girls, look no further than The DUFF, the Designated, Ugly, Fat Friend. Every group has one, at least according to Wesley (Amell) and the high school he attends, but this isn't about him, it's about his childhood friend Bianca (Whitman), who he accuses of being a DUFF to her two best friends. Times have changed since the discouragement of Mean Girls. A contemporary take on teenage life at school shows exactly this, and that there are different problems that American youngsters have to deal with. Bullying still exists, except now it is exploited by technology, just as Bianca comes to realise. The DUFF is funny in places, aided by Whitman's black sheep. Apart from its fetching phrase, this teen drama has little originality. The stereotypes are still there, as are the creepy teachers and boring headmaster. Ken Jeong flourishes as one of Biancas's teachers but improv actor Romany Malco is majorly underused. Moving these big names aside and you'll find Whitman a lovable rogue and Amell more than just a jockey.

Prem Prakash Tiwari (Ayushmann Khurrana) listening to Kumar Sanu is the film's opening shot. Set in Haridwar, 1990s, the film captures the nascent feel of the town. Prem owns a cassette shop in the local market. His father is keen to get him hitched and the family goes to a local temple to meet Sandhya (Bhumi Pednekar). B.Ed, waiting for a teaching job, the most visible thing about her is her weight. Coming from a patriarchal cognitive set-up, she doesn't fit the quintessential idea of beautiful. And still, the school drop out Prem must marry her because he is incapable of attaining a girl with 'Juhi-Chawla-level-of-looks.' In an elaborate community-wedding ceremony, Prem and Sandhya get married. Their wedding night is uncomfortable with neither treading towards establishing conjugal relations. Prem has in his own reasons and the girl is naturally shy. Next morning on a call, she announces it to a friend and the whole family finds out.

Music by Anu Malik gives a down to memory lane ride of the 90's.... its a Kumar Sanu Musical all the way...this is the first time i saw audiences sitting right till the end until the song is finished.... Finally with Dumb LAGA KE HAISHA.... Yash raj Films comes up with another love story with a standard of DDLJ and Rab ne bana di jodi..... Its a thumbs up for this movie.....

Monkey Kingdom is a 2015 nature documentary film directed by Mark Linfield and Alastair Fothergill and narrated by Tina Fey. The documentary is about a family of monkeys living in ancient ruins founded in the jungles of Polonnaruwa in Sri Lanka.

Maya is a toque macaque whose world is changed when her son Kip becomes part of her extended family. Maya's family has its share of diverse personalities and she wishes her son to have the best advantages for advancing within the family's social strata. When their home is overrun by a neighboring tribe of monkeys, the family has to find a new home. Maya uses her inherent smarts to lead the family to new resources, but it develops that the entire group will have to cooperate in order to reclaim their original home, where Maya wishes to advance her son's future within the family.

Indeed A Terrific Movie From The Great Walt Disney Who Make Perfect Films.

I went into this film thinking that it would be just a dumb comedy, which I happen to love; however, the film exceeded my expectations. It does have funny stupid humor, but there is also an unexpected vulnerability in the two main characters.

Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart both portray good guys that are in bad situations. Kevin Hart's character, Darnell, has his own business, but bad credit and lack of savings keeps him and his family living in a rough area. Will Ferrell's character, James, has it all--beautiful fiancée, tons of money, lovely house. Sadly, James is framed for embezzlement and is sentenced to 10 years in a maximum security prison. Darnell, for a price, becomes James' tutor for prison life and hilarity ensues.

Even more than hilarity, James and Darnell start to genuinely care for each other. Their bromance is one for the books. The two actors have great chemistry and an awesome height difference. I would totally watch another movie with these two, especially if Will Ferrell does Capoeira again.

I also give points for originality. I have seen a ton of movies in my life, but none were someone gets tutored for prison. Plus, the tutorial is so elaborate and well planned.

Based on chemistry, comedy, creativity, and Capoeira, I definitely recommend this film!

Storyline

Since she was a little girl, it's been drilled into Amy's head by her rascal of a dad that monogamy isn't realistic. Now a magazine writer, Amy lives by that credo - enjoying what she feels is an uninhibited life free from stifling, boring romantic commitment - but in actuality, she's kind of in a rut. When she finds herself starting to fall for the subject of the new article she's writing, a charming and successful sports doctor named Aaron Conners, Amy starts to wonder if other grown-ups, including this guy who really seems to like her, might be on to something.

Unlike some comedies out there, this one is actually funny. I didn't really know Amy Schumer too well as a comedian - her roles have mainly been with television but let me be the first to say that Amy Schumer, acting as a chronically commitment-challenged career woman, is some serious comedic gold. Throw in some dirty jokes, a solid script (written by Schumer herself) and SNL veteran Bill Hader, and you've got a good movie for a Friday night.

What made this movie enjoyable was the script and great comedic acting. Amy wrote herself a good character. She showcases her comedic chops and also subtly subverts the stereotypical Hollywood romantic comedy women leads (instead of pining for Mr. Right, Schumer's Amy Townsend has sworn off the happily-married-with-two- kids phase for a...different source of romance).

The script, even while developing the budding connection between the two leads, still maintains gravity by exploring how each person's problems has affected their relationship. By this, I mean that there are no silly love rivals or dramatic altar scenes with sad music in the background, but rather a more realistic look into Amy's entrenched commitment-phobia and Aaron's relative naiveté with deep relationships. Schumer cuts out the clichéd dialogue and relies on well-placed scenes and double entendres, to good effect.

And of course, with the main lead (Bill Hader) playing a sports doctor, there were quite a few brilliant cameos from big-name athletes like LeBron James and Amar'e Stoudemire (LeBron in particular plays a penny-pinching, egotistical version of himself to perfection).

You may be concerned about the running time (over two hours), but the twists and narrative detours that Schumer writes are, in my opinion, justified. They don't necessarily further the plot, but they contribute to the world that the characters inhabit by fleshing out side characters. In particular, Tilda Swinton, playing the unrecognizably bronzed Anna-Wintour-like editor of Snuff magazine who bosses around Amy and her colleagues (Randall Park from "Fresh Off The Boat" and Vanessa Bayer from SNL), was another hilarious addition to the movie.

While it's not a deeply emotional movie (and it shouldn't be), it will resonate for anyone who's ever went through troubled times in a relationship. The script is cheeky and the acting was cheekier. Watch the movie. It's good.
