Storyline

A Doctor stands accused of killing his own eighteen-year old daughter. While this aggrieved father protests his innocence, all evidence points towards him irrefutably. Rahasya is a murder mystery loosely inspired by Arushi murder case.The movie is about the murder of a teenager girl and the attempt of a CBI officer to unmask the killer.Their are many positive points about the movie and writing is one of them which is engrossing.Its screenplay is very absorbing.Right from the beginning you begin to guess about the killer among them.The flow is very fluent and the movie is a straight forward one.Their are no unnecessary sub-plots or scenes which regulates the flow of film.The main quality of the film is that it keeps you guessing till the very end.The apex of the movie is superb.1st half is good and intensifies the mystery.The way the suspense builds up is really amazing.2nd half is good although is a bit overstretched.

K.K menon is a very good actor and plays the role brilliantly.He is awesome in the role of a CBI officer and as a husband who cares for his family and can't compromise with his moral ethics.He doesn't takes bribe even when his wife forces her to do so by referring their weak economical condition.His dialog delivery is so simple and riveting.His expressions are brilliant.He is simply a powerhouse of talent.Tisca chopra is good although in some scenes she becomes uneasy.Ashish vidhyarthi was awesome.Its good and soothing experience to see him in such a brilliant role.Rest of the star- cast is also good.

Manish Gupta,with his direction shows how excellent storyteller he is?The ways he proceeds the story while not loosing his grip is truly worth applause. Dialogs of the movie are good and matches consummately with the tone of the movie.Cinematography is good and captures the true Mumbai where the poor and rich peoples live together.The locations of the movie is good and magnifies the tense atmosphere of the movie positively.The length of the movie is short although could have been little more shorter.

If you are a lover of a mystery thriller then you must go for it.It is very rare in bollywood to make such a climatic and vivid thriller which makes you guessing till the end.It is a gripping and riveting film which keeps you hooked.A nice and realistic cinematic experience. I would lovingly rate it 7.4 out of 10.

Better than expected. Can easily stand comparison with the Hunger Games franchise. In fact, I have found it more real content, if one doesn't count some inconsistencies for too much. Behind all strong CGI effects protrudes more depth than it appears at first sight. The acting is strong too, especially by the 2 protagonists. Although no one would sincerely believe that Tris (Sheilene Woodley) has as much physical strength as she displays here, her screen presence is intense and charismatic. Her friend and partner, Four (Theo James) does a good job too, he seems to have grown as an actor. The film is said to address a public of adolescents and young adults. Add to that, without hesitation, also a fully adult, mature audience. Recommended.

Storyline

Based on the first of a trilogy by Tom Rob Smith and set in the Stalin era of the Soviet Union. The plot is about an idealistic pro-Stalin security officer who decides to investigate a series of child murders in a country where supposedly this sort of crime doesn't exist. The state would not hear of the existence of a child murderer let alone a serial killer. He gets demoted and exiled but decides, with just the help of his wife, to continue pursuing the case.

A dark and brooding tale about Soviet Russia circa 1953 with outstanding performances by Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace, Fares Fares, and Joel Kinnaman. The direction is taut and the production values make you feel as if you are in Russia. Few films have conveyed the despair, depression, and paranoia of this era, yet the film itself is so much more.

Fans of Tom Hardy (and who isn't) will find this film is another in a line of marvelous characters. Fans of Noomi Rapace will find her disappearing into the character while capturing the Russian persona to perfection.

Among my favorite actors - Gary Oldman does a good job but he is only in a few scenes. Charles Dance similarly does a good job, but he has only one brief cameo at the end. And Vincent Cassel is ominous but also has only a few scenes.

Storyline

Vol.2 picks up pretty much where Vol.1 left, except for some flashbacks explaining what really happened with the characters. Uma Thurman is back as The Bride, and we get to know her real name finally. Also Daryl Hannah comes back as Elle Driver, the one-eyed killer, Michael Madsen plays Budd, Bill's baby/loser brother, and the infamous Bill is played by David Carradine. The performances are just great, Uma Thurman delivers a great performance as The Bride, we finally get to know her character a little better and the true reasons why she wants to "Kill Bill". I also have to say that David Carradine was perfect to play Bill. He has great charisma and he's so smooth, it's impossible not to like him. Daryl Hannah's performance was great too, and Michael Madsen's too.

Once again the music plays a key factor in this movie, is very well selected and for every single scene the music fits perfectly. And of course, the dialogue. In this movie, we get a lot more dialogue than brutal fighting like in Vol.1, this movie is more centered in explaining what led Bill to do what he did, it pretty much focuses in the past, explaining the whole thing. I especially liked the dialogues between Bill (Carradine) and The Bride (Thurman), I thought they were clever and just great, like all Tarantino's dialogues. Also the locations were excelent, I have no idea where they shot the film, but the landscaping was great, I truly enjoyed it.

Well it would be better to see Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 as one movie, not different, because in the end, you must see them together to understand. So I give this movie a 10/10, I loved it, it was great, great dialogues, great performances, great fighting sequences, everything was great! And I think that Uma Thurman and/or David Carradine (at least him) should be nominated for an Oscar, they were perfect and they deserve that international film makers acknowledge that. Tarantino you are the best!!!

   I'm a sucker for these kind of movies and can usually roll with it. I really WANTED to like this more than I did. It was just…okay. Quote from my son - "pretty typical disaster movie".
   
   Interestingly enough, I think the problem for me was that there wasn't enough going on besides THE ROCK and his family. We really didn't have anyone else in peril. If we weren't with THE ROCK, then we cut away to Paul Giamatti speaking sincerely and worriedly about the safety of those affected "God Help Them All" was a typical line for him.
   
   This sense of "just okay" also applies to the special effects of this film. I was acutely aware of the green screen (specifically with the closeups of THE ROCK and Carla Gugino in the grand finale), never a good thing for these types of movies.
